We meet at WinMock in Kinderton, which is located just off highway 158 in Bermuda Run, NC. Look for the green and white Good Shepherd signs to know where to park and where we are meeting within the WinMock property.

What do you have for children on Sundays?
On a typical Sunday, this is what we offer: For children under the age of 4 we offer nursery care during the service. For children ages 4-7, we have a Children's Church time during the middle of the service (mainly during the sermon). This enables them to learn in a more age appropriate environment while still letting them participate in the majority of worship with the rest of the Church. Kids 8 and older participate in the whole service. Kids 8 and over who are members of the Church actively serve in every area of the worship service.
Can I take Communion at your church?
Anyone who is baptized, who has put their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and who has a life characterized by repentance and obedience to Jesus's teachings is welcome to take Communion with us. You DO NOT have to be a member of our church or specifically the Anglican church.
I've got questions about God. Can I come to your church?
Absolutely.
How long is the service?
Normally, the service lasts for about 1 hour 15 minutes.
What can I wear?
People wear all sorts of clothes to our worship services, so come as you are.
WHAT TO EXPECT
EXEPCT A WARM WELCOME
We look forward to your visit, and when you come to the door there will be someone there to shake your hand and answer any questions you've got. Expect a friendly place: we love to be together, and we laugh and talk and drink coffee together each Sunday. You'll find people from all walks of life, some dressed up and others wearing a t-shirt and shorts.

EXPECT WORSHIP THAT DIRECTS YOU TO GOD
In everything we do in our service, it is our goal to turn our point of view away from ourselves and towards the Lord. We do this because he's God and we're not. The worship service should be more about Him and less about ourselves. Our service is rooted in the ancient practices of the Anglican Church, but filled with connection to the world in which we live. We sing new songs along with old ones. We do new things and old things. Some things we do may be familiar to you and others may not. We hope that you'll enjoy both the familiar and the new things you encounter and that they will all help you to worship God in Spirit and truth.
EXPECT GOD TO SPEAK
We believe that God speaks through his Word, the Bible. We place a tremendous emphasis on hearing and receiving the Word of God in our services. We read a lot of Scripture and the sermons are meaty and relevant.

EXPECT HOLY COMMUNION
Each Sunday we celebrate all that God has done for us through Jesus Christ by eating a symbolic meal of bread and wine together, a meal in which Christ is spiritually present. All baptized Christians who come with faith and repentance are welcomed and encouraged to share this meal with us. Lots of folks have yet to make this step of faith and baptism, and so they participate through the prayers and singing that accompany this portion of our service.

EXPECT EVERY AGE TO BE VALUED
We believe the Church is multi-generational and is best expressed when each generation is bringing its experience and life. We offer nursery care during the services and a "children's church" time for the kids as well. You can expect your kids to be taken care of and know that regardless of whether you're old or young, you'll be valued.

EXPECT THE PASTORS TO BE AVAILABLE
We encourage you to talk to our rector/senior pastor, the Rev. Tom Bost, regarding any questions you may have. He loves having conversations with folks who are new to all this, and he treats inquirers with warmth and respect.
WHAT IS AN "ANGLICAN" CHURCH?
What does it mean that we are "Anglican"?
The first thing it means is that we are Christian and that we have much in common with every other Christian Church. In fact, we have more in common with other Christians than we have differences! But being Anglican does mean that we have some things that make us distinct from other churches. Anglican churches find their spiritual heritage in Christianity as it was lived and practiced in England for the last 1800 years. That means we benefit from the wisdom of St. Patrick's ministry and of the English Reformation. It means that we live out ancient and tested practices, but that we also benefit from the best of the 21st century. The best way to see what "Anglican" churches look like is simply to "come and see" and be our guest at our next worship service.
